Sales Manager

You inspire companies with modern HR solutions and guide them on their journey to a future-proof working world. With your keen understanding of people, business, and technology, you identify needs, develop suitable solutions, and turn contacts into long-term partnerships.

• You identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities (new business & expansion of existing accounts).

• You conduct discovery and consulting meetings and understand the challenges your contacts face.
  
  You present HR solutions (e.g., software, services, consulting) convincingly and in a way that is tailored to the target audience.

• You create proposals, coordinate internal resources, and manage the sales process to completion.

• You work closely with consulting, marketing, and delivery to exceed customer expectations.

• You maintain a structured pipeline in the CRM system and keep forecasts and priorities under control.

• You represent HR Campus at events, webinars, and customer meetings and actively expand your network.
  
  

• You have experience in sales, consulting, or solution selling (B2B) – ideally in the HR or software sector.

• You love advising clients and developing solutions, not just "selling."

• You are communicative, persuasive, and present yourself professionally and with a friendly demeanor.

• You think entrepreneurially, work independently, and bring drive to your projects.

• You are curious, learn quickly, and can explain complex topics simply.

• You speak German fluently (English is a plus).

• You are a team player and eager to achieve great things together.
